Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all US states with the exception of Louisiana. The following shipping options are available at checkout:
US Standard Shipping: $8.00 — estimated delivery within 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.
US Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.
Orders totaling $99.00 or more qualify for free US Standard Shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping
Luminary Home ships internationally to 26 countries in addition to the United States. International Standard Shipping is $14.99, with an estimated delivery window of 10 to 21 business days from dispatch. Free international shipping is available on qualifying orders; eligibility is displayed at checkout.
We currently ship to: United States (excluding Louisiana), Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Luminary Home does not collect or remit these fees on behalf of customers.
