How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, email our support team at support@luminaryhomeshop.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Products that have been physically damaged through misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. All included accessories, cables, and documentation must be included with the return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrived damaged or is defective upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luminaryhomeshop.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
